LIVING EARTH
For the past two decades, the Audubon Center at Debs Park has shown itself to be leading example for how conservation organizations can work within our cities to cultivate a deeper relationship between people and place. Through monthly hikes, restoration days, bird walks, field trips, move nights, community festivals, and hosting gatherings like these each and every month, we’re so grateful for the humans of the Audubon Center and the advocacy that they hold between both local culture and native ecology.
This February at the Audubon Center we’re holding down love & sound underneath the peppercorn tree with artist-organizer NYALLAH. We were put on to NYALLAH’s songwriting through their work with Def Sound, and soon found an inspiring cosmology of artists, ideas, and gatherings that make up NYALLAH’s world. Bring a book, a blanket, a friend, a picnic, and pull up with us this Saturday afternoon.
