THE LOFT SESSIONS 𖦹
The Loft Sessions is a quarterly event series created to give Black artists and creatives in Los Angeles a space to showcase their work, network, and connect. Blending the atmosphere of an intimate house party with an artistic showcase, the event offers a unique creative experience. The Loft Sessions is dedicated to providing a safe and vibrant environment where Black artists can vibe, share their craft, and build meaningful connections. Previous featured artists include Rae Khalil, Rikki Wright, Ventage, Widny Bazile, Merlaku Ra, and more.
The challenge was to create a recurring event series that not only allowed Black creatives to showcase their work but also fostered an inclusive and engaging community space in a city as expansive as Los Angeles.

I launched and led the quarterly event series, curating a lineup of emerging Black artists and talent. I booked artists, managed artist communications, collaborated with Marketing and Design teams on social media assets and project deliverables, and supervised production staff to ensure the event ran smoothly. I worked on creative solutions with the team, saving time and money while enhancing the overall event experience. Throughout, I focused on building a safe, energetic environment where artists and attendees could freely express themselves and connect with one another.
