NYFW SHOPSLA 𖦹
NYFW ShopsLA brought the excitement of New York Fashion Week to the West Coast with a vibrant one-day shop-a-thon at Westfield Century City. This dynamic event featured live performances from musical artists GAYLE and LA’s marching band, along with a Levi’s customization station, food and beverage offerings, fashion giveaways, and plenty of photo opportunities. Attendees enjoyed an exhilarating day filled with music, fashion, and fun as we activated the Atrium for an unforgettable experience.
THE CHALLENGE
Bringing the essence of New York Fashion Week to Los Angeles posed unique challenges in terms of logistics and audience engagement.
Our goal was to create an exciting and cohesive experience that appealed to a diverse crowd, ensuring seamless coordination between various event elements, sponsors, and performers while effectively promoting fashion and community interaction.
WHAT I DID
𖦹
WHAT I DID 𖦹
I was responsible for collecting and organizing all event deliverables while scheduling content for our agency's social media channels to drive engagement and excitement leading up to the event. I worked closely with the Project Director and agency partners to execute a series of events that aligned with client goals. My role involved preparing key client-facing documents, including meeting agendas, proposals, and production schedules, ensuring clear communication throughout the planning process. Additionally, I reviewed vendor quotes to verify production specifications and created detailed project estimates and timelines to keep the project on track.
